Dear Colleague,

I write to inform you that Honorary Member and long time EMBUA member, John “Jack”

Diamond, passed away on February 19, 2018.

In Nantucket, formerly of Brookline, Dedham and Plymouth on February 19, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Margaret K. “Peggy” (Kilgallon) Diamond. Loving father of John T. “Jack” Diamond III and wife Teresa of Hingham and Jayne D. Culkins and husband Ernest of Nantucket. Devoted grampy of John T. “Jack” IV, Cate and Meghan Diamond and James, Margaret, Michael and Ashley Culkins. Dear brother of the late George E. “Teddy” Diamond. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Bell-O’Dea Funeral Home, 376 Washington St.,BrooklineMonday morning at 9:10 followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Brookline at 10:00. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Sunday from 3:00 – 7:00. Interment Walnut Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Jack’s memory made to St. Anthony’s Shrine 100 Arch St.,Boston, MA. 02110 would be appreciated. Retired Supervisor Mass. Dept of Corrections. Late Army Veteran Korean War.
